Product Information
Our NEW empty native bee hive design for lots of honey production - well up to 1 kg a year and easy access. It is locally made and finished nicely. The external is painted with 3 layers of outside protection paint and with plenty of internal infrastructure for holding the brood and making a split nice and easy. There is a division that comes in and out easily for the bees to use to climb up and over to deposit honey reserve directly under the id. Harvest honey monthly after allowing 6 months after splitting.
The native bees will love to live in it. Approx 40cm high x 28cm x 20cm.
The size is the standard Oath size so can be used with any hive from City Chicks or other reputable bee sellers.
Our new hive design can be collected from us at our shop at Samford Valley in Brisbane or we can courier or mail to your door.
