These are a lovely hand made Australian product. Make you own seed pots using old newspapers! What a clever and family friendly activity to do on a sunny day in the garden.
The wooden pot makers are hand made by local craftsmen working with a disabled group in Northern NSW so you are supporting locals and a worthy cause.
They are easy to use and great fun for the children. Simply roll up a strip of paper 8cm x 58cm and wrap around the pot maker. Then press the bottom of the paper into the base to mould the pot. Gently slide the the pot off the pot maker and fill with compost or potting mix. Plant little seedflings or plant seeds directly into the pot.
The pot will last a week or so and then needs to be planted directly into your garden bed. The newspaper will biodegrade over time. Please note: that no instruction sheet is sent with the maker. Please refer to this description for use details.
