Lion's Mane is also known by the names Hericium Erinaceus, Sheep's Head, Bear's Head and Yamabushitake. The mushroom is immediately recognizable for its cascading thin spines rather than the typical cap and stem appearance.
This mushroom has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for hundreds of years.
Lion's Main is a source of at least 32 different active such as the minerals Potassium, Zinc, Iron, and Selenium. All of the major amino acids are present as well, along with a variety of polypeptides and polysaccharides.
How it works: Mushrooms are ready for harvest about 7 - 10 days after they start to form and are very easy to grow.
Cut a + in the Bag and mist at least twice per day (morning and night best)
After your first flush of mushrooms wait a week and you can soak your mushroom block in cold water in the fridge, this will re hydrate and cold shock you block into making more mushrooms,
Keep your mushroom block somewhere humid like the bathroom, on the kitchen Bench or in a large plastic container so you can watch it grow.
